Shipping

Where do you ship from?

Our products ship from UK and EU supplier warehouses. Most orders reach you within 3 to 5 working days.

How much is shipping?

Free UK shipping on all orders over £40. Under £40, shipping is £3.99.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Right now we ship across the UK and Ireland. EU and rest-of-world coming soon.

Will this actually calm my dog?

No single product is a magic fix. What we sell are tools that work with your dog, not on them. Pressure wraps, pheromone diffusers, calming beds, and enrichment toys all have peer-reviewed research behind them showing they help the majority of anxious dogs. If something doesnt work for your specific dog, you have 30 days to send it back for a full refund.

What if my dog has severe anxiety?

Calmhound products support dogs with mild to moderate anxiety. If your dog is severely anxious, self-harming, or has sudden behaviour changes, please see your vet first. Our products work best alongside proper behaviour and vet care, not as a replacement.

Are your products safe?

Everything we sell is pet-safe. Pheromone diffusers use a synthetic version of dog-appeasing pheromone (DAP) thats safe around cats and children. Lick mats are food-grade silicone. Wraps are breathable fabric that dogs can wear for hours.

Orders & Returns

Can I return something?

Yes. If a product hasnt helped your dog within 30 days, email us at hello@calmhound.com and well arrange a return and full refund.

My order hasnt arrived, what do I do?

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If its been more than 7 working days since dispatch, email hello@calmhound.com and well chase the supplier.

Can I cancel my order?

If the order hasnt shipped yet, yes. Email hello@calmhound.com within 2 hours of ordering. Once it ships we cant cancel, but you can return it under our 30-day guarantee.
